Machinery
This website is primarily to give the Dorset area an idea of the range of machines we sell and can service. If you wish to purchase something from us, it's best to come in and see the machine first hand. That way we can:-
1. Make sure you get the right machine for the job, and for you
2. Set up the machine with fuel and oil
3. Start it, check the running and make any adjustments
4. Demonstrate the operation to you
5. And if necessary, deliver it to your home FREE (within 25 miles of Dorchester).
Spare Parts
A comprehensive range of spare parts are kept in stock. Anything not in stock can be ordered within 1-2 days (subject to availability). Enquiries and orders are accepted in person, over the phone and via email. In order to provide a quality service, we ask you to provide:-
1. Engine model and serial number, and/or
2. Machine model and serial number
3. Approx age
This information will help us find the correct parts for your machine quickly and efficiently, and without having to make further enquiries.
Unfortunately, we can't accept credit cards over the telephone or internet. The best way to pay for mail order spares is by cheque (payable to Casterbridge Garden Machinery). Our address can be found just below.
